Commercial

We've basically run it all, but have the most experience with TrueNAS, NetApp, EMC, and Isilon. If have heavy performance requirements, want direct support for your backup product, or need site-to-site replication, these vendors offer a compelling business case, and we're more than happy to support them.

Open Source

gluster

For datasets that have high performance or high availability needs, gluster is a great solution. We tend to put them on top of ZFS filesystems.

ZFS

Infrastructure Nerds is proficient at building ZFS-based storage solutions on commodity hardware. We typically build Dell heads, SuperMicro disk arrays, and individually purchased disks, to combine the reliability and ease of support of Dell, with the cost savings of SuperMicro, and avoiding hard drive markups. Combine NVMe caching drives with higher capacity SATA drives to solve performance and capacity needs at relatively low costs.
